  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.

  • AI Generation: The quizzes and content generated by the App are created using Artificial Intelligence (Cerebras AI). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is 100% correct, complete, or up-to-date. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the App or its AI models.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users or generated by AI where applicable), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RapidVal and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RapidVal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;

  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
